Eagle Eye Farm Rehabilitation Center is a licensed level IV Therapeutic Community Residence located in the heart of the North East Kingdom of Vermont. We have been addressing the unique needs of Traumatic Brain Injured survivors, as well as other “at-risk” populations, for over 20 years.
