The aim of the Non Profit Company is to PROVIDE MENTORSHIP, LEADERSHIP AND CREATE A ROADMAP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE DURING A CRUCIAL PERIOD OF HIGH SCHOOL. The programme is aimed at providing mentorship and leadership focusing on providing grade 11 students to equip them with the relevant tools to make informed decisions and to assist them with career development. Our programs are structured to FACILITATE RELATIONSHIP BUILDING, assistance to acquire the acumen to navigate spaces within a realm they are unfamiliar with and giving them the tools to make the right tertiary study choice as well as find placement within tertiary institutions. We aim to structure this program in a manner that teaches peer to peer accountability and development over time. Living up to the name Each1TeachOne, we aim to FOSTER A CULTURE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ONE’S OWN LIFE PATH as well as giving back to one other person. Over time we wish to grow the mentorship program into a space where alumni can mentor one other person all while expanding their network.
