Here come the girls…! LEVEL UP is a Group Training Program specifically designed for women. If you're a beginner at the gym without much fitness knowledge and not sure where to start- LEVEL UP may be your solution. Alternatively, if you're an experienced gym enthusiast but getting bored of the same old routines, LEVEL UP's program design prides itself on variety, which ladies being challenged in all areas of fitness... 🔥 Circuit Training 💪🏼 Weight Training 🏃🏾♀️ Speed and Agility 🏋️♀️ Olympic Lifting 🤸🏼♀️ Gymnastics There's always something new around the corner to keep training and exercise exciting and fresh, testing the body in a variety of ways, forcing physiques to adapt and continue to develop! It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated, like-minded individuals. It doesn't get much more empowering than a class with supportive women all working hard together, with me encouraging you all along the way! Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts, celebrating each others accomplishments... then supporting each other to strive forward and smash the NEXT goal! There’s a strong emphasis on nutrition, with every group member receiving a start-up consultation where we discuss dietary principles and lifestyle choices- all unique to each woman, taking into consideration allergies, preferences, goals and lifestyle etc. There is a specific start and end date to each season! Meaning you’ll be on this 8-week journey with the same girls where you can find help, support and encouragement every step of the way! 👭
