After 30 years of Corporate work, Founder decided it was time to give back and share more. After six months of research, she realized that there are two ways she can do this: 1. Direct mode – help those who are able, capable and willing to help others by getting them to get started and/or get going with their advocacy and passion 2. Indirect mode – help people who work in non-profit organizations who need to stay motivated so they can continue to share their talents and energy to those they help and support Dugtong Tulong Foundation aims to: *To connect resources (time, talent, treasures) between organizations, benefactors and communities to better help others where and when it matters most *To help non-profit organizations improve employee engagement and productivity so they can better take care of their beneficiaries *To co-create the ripple effects of each project through sustainable and empowering initiatives
