Unique, small-batch Somerset gin made with majestic oak trees and distilled in traditional copper stills from the foothills of the Quantocks. Our signature craft gin captures the sublime beauty of the Quantocks, from the wild, heather-soaked heathlands to the shaded combes, the vibrant village communities to the patchwork pastures where the gorse flowers bloom, making it the perfect gift for an authentic taste of Somerset. The gin is due to be available for sale in September 2022. Alongside the gin this business supports the local community by providing a monthly Pop Up Pub called The Dryad Inn.
