DROITWARE is a legal technology startup. The startup intends to leverage technology solutions to (i) reshape administration of justice in Nigeria, (ii) provide technology solutions that can solve the problems of (a) justice delay and (b) maladministration of justice in Nigeria and (iii) provide an up-to-date database for Nigerian laws with AI systems that are able to respond to legal problems and identify loopholes in laws. The startup also provides a system that allows virtual hearing of cases with AI systems that are able to give expeditious judicial responses. Highly innovative technology solutions to legal, judicial, legislative and administrative challenges are parts of the products of the Startup. DROITWARE was registered as a private company limited by shares in Nigeria in 2022.
