United by a thirst for no-nonsense wine, brother’s Charlie and Thom Bradley founded New Theory back in 2021. Working with award-winning farmers and winemakers in South Africa, we set out to make accessible, ready-to-drink, low-intervention wines for the casual consumer. New Theory is stocked in more than 100 bars, restaurants and shops in the UK, meaning that horde’s of sippers can enjoy our low-intervention tipple. Since the beginning our mission has been to introduce high quality, small batch wines to the casual consumer without boring them senseless with tannins, mouth feel and soil types. In recent years a new consumer has emerged, one that would sooner knock back a few glasses of Pet Nat on the dance floor than spill Bordeaux on their tux. This is wine new. Welcome to a new sip.
