Dream Shore Studios is a luxury property and lifestyle media company. We specialize in helping real estate agents capture the attention of prospective clients, get them engaged, and prompt them to take action. We are located in San Diego County with a market extending to most of Southern California depending on the scope of the project. Most of the real estate projects we shoot begin at around $1 million in listing price and above. We offer HD video tours, aerial video and photo, HDR photo, agent branding, and other promotional content for both residential and commercial real estate professionals. We are advocates of our industry and value the cinematic and technological requirements to producing high-quality promotional content. We constantly invest in new technology to offer the best possible on-screen presentation (broadcast quality, if required). We have a 50/50 approach to helping our clients. 50 percent of the production focus is on the creative aspect and the other 50 percent is on the business ROI for the client. Our goal is to not be a “one-off” service provider rather a marketing partner who tailors our approach around our each client to enhance their long-term strategy. The end-game is simple, we want our partners to broadcast their message faster and wider and get as much face-time from potential clients as possible .
