Dr. Sarita Rao is a Sr. Interventional Cardiologist at Apollo Hospitals, Indore. She is the first female Interventional Cardiologist in Central India. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology(FACC) and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology(FESC) even she is an Ex-Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi. Dr. Sarita Rao is First Indian Female Cardiologist, Who Achieve this- -She is the first female to do a Live TAVI Case in SAARC countries. -The First female to do Shockwave Lithotripsy IVL in India. -She Performed the First Hybrid procedure for Aortic Aneurysm in Central India. -First successful Dedicated bifurcation stenting using AXESS bifurcation device in India. -She performed First to do LIVE Transmission at a National conference from Madhya Pradesh.
