DGZ is owned and operated by the managing director Robert Mcleary. Robert has many years of marketing experience and driving e-traffic, which makes perfect sense for him to be appointed marketing director. DGZ will target homeowners around Scotland, mainly Glasgow and Edinburgh areas, who are looking for new double or triple glazing for the home improvement projects. We will then work with our customers and local double glazing installers. Therefore, DGZ has initially set the stages as a possible “Go-To” double glazing broker for the homeowner all around Scotland that don't have the time know the know how to get the better window, doors, conservatories and orangery prices. Our primary objectives over the next 5 years are to: - Push a budget of £250,000 to expand over the UK helping other homeowners with our business model. - Generate four new client contract a month by networking with key industry window installers, conducting simple seminars and fully paid workshops, and joining key environmental and estate agencies so they can sell our service to their customers, and that is landlords mainly. - Generate a net profit of £60,000 per month in the first year of trading by developing a marketing service for local installers, then selling them the leads at a cost of £56 per lead for double glazing and £150 for conservatories and orangeries.
