To provide progressive training in domestic violence awareness; to educate and aid in creating human resources policies that work within the organizational culture to foster understanding about domestic violence; to implement preventative strategies through safety planning by: Developing basic education, training and policy plan around current and changing Domestic Violence Legislation Promoting zero tolerance of violence in the workplace Increasing employee morale through company violence prevention initiatives Creating interdependent relationship within community services Working within a company’s organization culture Creating and increasing effective communication between management and employees Critical evaluation and inquiry of human resources policies and privacy policies Educating employers on the Victim Economic Security and Safety Act
