Luxury Event Planning and Wedding Coordination • Work with clients to determine their event needs and goals, develop budgets and timelines, and set Project deliverables. • Research venues, entertainment options, catering, decor, and other services. • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. • Create event designs, develop event themes, and manage the event's overall aesthetic. • Oversee all logistics, including hotel accommodations, scheduling, and transportation. • Prepare Project plans to track progress and manage expenses.
