DJIME is a not-for-profit skill development initiative of Daikin Air-Conditioning (World’s No. 1 HVAC company) to enhance employability skills of Indian youth and shape pioneering engineers of tomorrow! 👷👷♀️ DJIME came into being with a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) signed between Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) Japan and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) India in presence of honourable PMs of Japan 🇯🇵 and India 🇮🇳. We reach to the untapped communities, raise financially challenged people, and acclimatise students to changing needs of the industry. Our core principle is to provide fully funded courses that provide job-specific skills. While students generally pay to study, DJIME pays students a stipend for learning. The fully-equipped state-of-art facility provides a healthy learning environment where students get hands-on training and imbibe skills through practical exposure. DJIME’s andragogy influences the youth to become change-makers, leaders, influencers and entrepreneurs.
