District Sun develops solar projects for businesses, not-for-profit organizations and schools in the Washington DC area. We specialize in commercial and community solar projects from 100 kw and up (5000 square feet or a roof top of parking lot area 50’ x 100’ and up). District Sun was formed as a continuation and progression of MAK Technologies, Inc. a successful Solar 1.0 development firm and MAK Environmental, Inc., a successful high volume and high quality Phase I Environmental Assessment Firm.
