The Brazillian Institute of Agribusiness was born out of the vocation to study the agribusiness enviroment based on a Law and Economics basis, creating a new model of studying those matters, bringing new regulatory perspectives and public policies in the activities that surround agribusiness. BIA pursues a study that regards a value generation to business, starting from academic researches with a practical contribution, aiming to manage operational risks and optimize economic results utilizing the right legal instruments. Our professors, academic program and institutional support are the fundamentals to the development of the course and trainings that BIA offers, which involves thoughtful subjects related to agribusiness that can be useful to all activities in legal professions.
