Overview

The Jose W. Diokno Foundation aims to continue the work of the late Jose W. Diokno—a lawyer, a senator at the time he was imprisoned during martial law, and the country’s leading proponent and defender of human rights—through research and publications, social development work, and education and awareness-raising campaigns in keeping with Diokno’s ideals of social justice, human rights, the rule of law, and love of country. We are a private (non-government), non-stock, non-profit corporation.
