The DIA is a customer-centric innovation process that is digitally guided by expert videos and innovation tools. Interdisciplinary teams go through 7 phases while completing work packages in problem identification, idea generation and validation. At the end of each phase, teams receive personal digital innovation coaching in which their results are 'challenged'. Validated methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Innovation are applied to business-relevant challenges.
