Born in 2018 and a new wave in the recruitment industry, DigiSpace specialises in supporting businesses with their talent needs. We'd like to think of ourselves as a consultant rather than an agency as we pride ourselves in working in partnership with our clients to identify their needs and accommodate them. We understand each company is different, which is why we do not take the same approach with every business we serve. We are specialists within digital and can hire across Tech, Creative, Marketing/PR, and Sales. Alongside hiring, we support our clients with talent strategy development, content and social media management, and diversity and inclusion. We are a black-owned business with a wealth of knowledge in diversity and inclusion meaning we can aid in helping find candidates from minority backgrounds. We also support with developing D&I policies and brand awareness. The world is constantly changing and we change with it; We believe that contingent recruitment is a very old school which is why we also provide on-site solutions for companies who may not have an internal talent function or may need that extra pair of hands. We have experience in working with startups, tech, finance, not-for-profit, fashion & retail companies to name a few. Our mission is to save companies money on lengthy recruitment fees which is why we work in unison with our clients to review budgets and headcounts to determine costs. We believe businesses can still get the level of efficiency and talent they desire for a more economically friendly rate.
