Digger O' Dells was relaunched in 2005 by husband and wife team, Stephen & Chéri Wirth as Digger's Ales N' Eats. Their main focus was to offer their guests a lively atmosphere, tasty food and an extensive selection of beer, spirits and wine, all served by a friendly staff.
