I also guide adolescents and young adults, enabling them to become actors of their own future and express their full potential. I thrive on complexed hurdles where the journey is just as vital as the outcome, and as such, I have been supporting leaders, their teams and younger generations for the past 15 years. I have a wealth of experience in Human Resources, and this in tremendously varied environments at the very heart of business, and I also draw my skills from Management training, talent/organisational development, coaching and mediation, and knowledge transmission.
