Devotion Property Management (DPM) was founded in February 2017. Based in Exeter, Devon. Having been a tenant for seven years prior to starting the business, Sharena was able to review the fundamental errors of previous Landlords and Property Management agents. DPM aims to make renting transparent and remain people focused. We believe that it is important to create homes that we would live in. Through thorough referencing, frequent property checks and regular communication with both Landlords and Tenants, we can ensure all matters are dealt with safely and in a timely manner.
