Our focus is on Value-Add Residential and Class C Commercial Real Estate providing both capital gains and passive cash flow opportunities. Nearly all of our investment portfolio is 100% equity, allowing us to stay in control of both our time and our money. Leveraged investment, therefore, will only apply to opportunities that show particularly attractive benefits.
