Overview

Design union is involved in various sectors including infrastructure, real estate, educational institutions, corporate buildings spaces, oil and gas as well as residential. All projects executed by design union are delivered to international best practice standards. Design union was established in 2000, the firm has grown ever since. Some of our clients include several blue-chip and multinational companies for whom the group has successfully delivered projects worth over $1 billion. Featured in its diverse portfolio, Design Union has developed a 5-star, 17 storey residential apartment block in the prestigious Victoria Island environ of Lagos, Nigeria. The development is located on Elsie Femi Pearse street, near Federal Palace Hotel. The development has enjoyed resounding off-plan sales success with over 75% of units already sold. The current CEO was the founding staff member and started with a staff of 2 architects providing clients with full architectural services. The following year 2001 saw the firm win a large contract to roll out 50 petrol stations for Oando Petrol. The scale of the contract compelled the company to employ in-house engineers and project managers. This was the foundation for a multidisciplinary approach to project delivery. By 2003 several blue chip clients like GTB, Access Bank, Standard Chartered Bank were added to the list of Design Union’s patrons.
