Design Collective 207 was created by womxn for womxn and continues to be run by womxn who have or are challenged with being seen, heard, and acknowledged in a creative work environment. As an action-oriented support organization connecting a female-focused, inclusive design community with resources, learning, and mentorship opportunities, we are working to change that. We believe that when you trust your gut, focus more on what collaboration truly means and less on competition as we have been taught, then space is created for all to be seen, heard, and celebrated!
