I am a wife (with a super supportive husband) mother of two adult “children” and a furry 4 legged “baby” Max. The Big Sister site – DESC Computers first opened its doors in early 2003 as a hobby of passion. Our client base grew steadily and in 2004 we registered as a Sole Trader – DESC Computers. DESC Computers we asked back in 2008 if we knew how to create a website. We didn’t – but true to our passion – we soon learnt HTML and CSS coding. Since then we have been following up with courses and learning and recently moved to CMS (Content Management Systems) As time went on we created many websites under DESC Computers but in early 2017 decided to register DESC Designs as another business to grow for our clients. So many people whom we have as clients were surprised that we designed websites along site working with computers and smaller devises, so we decided to let the world know who we are and what we do – and we LOVE WHAT WE DO ! I am not your typical “computer geek” which is a term I love – so many people say “Your not what I expected” when I arrive. Yes, I am female I am not “young” – I have seen the before side of 50 My clients sometimes become my friends I have piercings and tattoos And I ADORE my family ! I like to work closely with my clients and get to know them and truly know what they want and expect out of the website. It is easy to say on paper what a person wants, but getting to know the business is where the creation starts ♥
