The Department of Management at KTUJM Started in the year 2011 with the vision To impart advanced management knowledge and develop impactful leaders and become a center of excellence for management education. Informed by the diverse international and cultural experience of our staff, teaching activities are designed to support and develop students’ learning on a variety of topic areas. These range from strategy and innovation to leadership and professional practice; Corporate Social Responsibility and social entrepreneurship to gender and diversity in business; and from employment relations to organizations. We believe innovation happens where business and creativity collide. And as an institute, we have a distinct approach. We’re fusing academic rigor and creative culture with industry-informed research, interactive group learning, and core strengths in psychology so you can develop your own model of management.
