The Department of Educational Support (DoES) contributes to the combined effort of all faculty and staff engaged in providing the high quality education Radboud University aims at. Our ambitions are high: Enhance student learning by creating the best possible curricula and learning environments. We believe that our teachers, programme managers and students are the agents of change for improving education. Our support includes advice about, among other things, curricula development, designing assignments and exams, formulating intended learning outcomes or final qualifications, testing and grading, and university teaching qualifications. We also offer workshops and training sessions about teaching, developing teaching materials or the organisation of education, as well as individual or team coaching. We also offer support during accreditation processes. With our knowledge of recent developments in the field of higher education and our expertise on learning, teaching, and organisational change we contribute to the development of an optimal and consistent learning environment.
