Delta FS and its Associates provide end-to-end, commercially focused financial advice to maximise business certainty and secure the intended value of a commercial transaction. The company has undertaken projects for blue chip organisations in Europe all the way entrepreneurs raising finance for ventures in Africa. Recent projects include: - advising the Board of an e-commerce business on a funding round with a UK asset manager; - quantifying the start up costs for an in house fintech venture of a UK based, Africa focused corporate; - sourcing $10m investment for a UK business expanding its African operations and supplementing its trade finance facilities by a further $20m; - modelling the capital scenarios for a major European Investment Bank in their Exchange Traded Derivatives business; - quantifying exposure of interest rate derivatives for major UK Investment Bank.
