Overview

DEI.dev's core thesis equates the collaborative learning work of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with conventional Security & Resilience approaches. Considering a complex of software, processes, and the choices of teams (people), DEI.dev seeks to open-source a framework and model to both (1) foster DEI learning work in teams; and (2) learn from those same teams while engaging broader community. Core to this model are the lived experiences of people who are members of historically underrepresented groups -- as essential data in modeling bias in (human) choice across scale.
