DMC was founded in 2017 to create more spaces for meaningful conversations and curiosity in our daily lives. What started as a group of friends gathering has grown to a community of people from around the globe with a shared desire to connect over big ideas. DMC meets weekly to discuss interpersonal topics like emotional & physical intimacy, community, career & identity, friend break-ups, and defining success. Founder Margaret Lefton is a community builder by heart, and creative by trade. She has served on the Creative teams at Victoria’s Secret, Tory Burch, and CAVA. Combining her love of psychology & creative thinking, she is a trained facilitator and runs professional development retreats & workshops around the world.
