MANAGED OFFICE SOLUTIONS Debello Managed Offices works with its clients to provide office space configured to their exact requirements at a location of their choice, comprising of completely managed facilities with a fixed price per workstation during the contract length, with no capital expenditure or risk carried by our client. Debello will identify a suitable property, conduct the financial and legal negotiations with the landlords and agents and plan & manage the fit out works. At the same time we will be liaising with our client regarding desk configuration, breakout spaces and IT & Comms, all of which is managed in-house. The end result is that our clients have to do very little work for a flexible, total cost, own-brand office facility, in their preferred location, without having to bear any large upfront costs. Our management team then run the offices on a daily basis, taking care of all the suppliers required to run the facility, providing our clients with just one invoice each quarter, leaving our clients to focus on their core business.
