The Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph became increasingly concerned for their neighbors as the neighborhood surrounding their convent declined. Founded in 2001, Dear Neighbor Ministries grew out of that concern. Using a combination of financial support, case management, individualized strategies, and a community food pantry, Dear Neighbor Ministries helps individuals and families in crisis achieve greater stability and progress towards self-sufficiency.
