De Producent is a cooperative trade association of Dutch farmhouse cheese producers. The cooperative was founded in 1915 in gouda. Since 2018, De Producent is located in an new cheese warehouse in Moordrecht, where more than 2,5 million kg cheese is stored and ripened.
