David McManus Engineering Ltd. (DME) is a member of the Trow Group of Companies. As part of a multi-disciplined international firm with five divisions - Buildings, Environmental, Geotechnical, Infrastructure and Materials - DME's diverse team of engineers, planners and technical staff offer expertise within Trow's Infrastructure Division (municipal, land development, transportation, urban planning, geotechnical and environmental services as well as building science and structural engineering). DME delivers cost-effective solutions to all levels of government and private industry including developers, architects, institutions and commercial/residential property owners. Established in 1991, our firm is continually expanding its engineering expertise with rural and urban development and municipal infrastructure. DME joined the Trow Group in April 2007.
