As the Grand Mentor of Darwin & Associates, I’m responsible for mentoring all Associates' Business activities in Indonesia, with a special emphasis on growing new and existing business and expanding their business's capabilities to go Public in 5 years by funding their business. Darwin & Associates encompasses nearly 14.999+ Associates across five main islands: Sumatra, Java, Borneo (known as Kalimantan in Indonesia), Sulawesi, and New Guinea; two major island groups (Nusa Tenggara and the Maluku Islands) and sixty smaller island groups. . Prior to joining Darwin & Associates, I was the Business Development Consultant of Belibisnis.com (Maxwin Organization) in Surabaya where I looked after the business, human and cultural health of the office. I also served as the event organizer and business lead for a portfolio of brands in categories including manufacturing, mining, solar, plantation, fruits, building materials (Stone, Cement, Sand, Iron, Steel, Coal, Roller, Rail, Hoist, Trolley, Lorry), pallet, fertilizer, beans, electrical, insurance, retail, fashion, pharma and healthcare. Before that, I was the Communications and Translations at EQWIP HUBs: Powering Youth Innovation for Sustainable Livelihoods in Surabaya (a NGO from Canada), where I built and led a community of competition-winning Sociopreneurs and helped the Professional and Entrepreneurship Class in 2017. Prior to EQWIP HUBS, I was a Cumlaude English Department Widya Mandala Surabaya 2010. . When I’m not working, I can likely be found binge watching anime, tv series, manga, listening at podcaster on spotify who can’t talk back to me, watching game clips and vlogging my business roadtrips on YouTube, devouring something with ketchup, reading anything I can find on my gadget (E-books), chasing my dream to be Success, walking a few kilometres around my block. .
