Overview

The Dairy Science Park (DSP) has emerged at the University of Agriculture Peshawar, Pakistan to provide a platform for coordinating the activities required for academia-industry linkages. DSP has been registered as a Society with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and accepted by the United Nations as their #SDGAction9671 for self-employment of the youth and hygienic food production for the people of KP, FATA, and the adjoining regions of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and China. Entrepreneurship development for young graduates and marketing linkages for the local livestock and poultry production system are our tools for development. Engagement of the youth in productive economic activities and networking the medium-sized livestock/poultry production/processing units with service providers and quality control laboratories are facilitated.
