Daigle Labs at University of Connecticut is the first university research center dedicated to organization science. Daigle Labs also has an applied lab where PIs use organization science and global studies to experiment with building businesses around science and technology research. In Q1 of 2023, Daigle Labs accepted/initiated eight startup projects. In just nine months, those eight startup projects saw a +$2.63 billion change in their collective valuation. The four startup projects based on academic research from Daigle Labs are collectively valued at $198 million.
