I used Russell as a consultant to paint my weatherboard house. It was the perfect scenario where I did the work but had Russell as a mentor and advisor. As well as teaching me the required skills he was able to provide me with a realistic timetable and budget. I could also rely on his professional team and equipment as required. He's a real people person with a detailed knowledge of his craft. Fully recommend.
