D&E Manufacturing Consultants (D&EMC) is an industrial engineering-based consultancy with its principle goal being to 'Increase Manufacturers' Profitability' across the American Midwest. D&EMC uses statistically-proven methods and other best practices such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM), and time and motion studies to increase efficiencies throughout the manufacturing setting. Along with these proven strategies, D&EMC also creates imaginative system design improvements based on our years of experience across multiple industries with the inputs of our established partner. D&EMC has diversified its capabilities by creating a strategic partnership with Penta Designers and Engineers Pvt. Ltd., of Pune, India, which has been in the business of manufacturing consulting since 1997.
