Overview

Please read this notice before contacting CyVectors --------------------------------------------------------- If you believe you are the victim of a crime, please contact your local authorities and file a report before contacting CyVectors. In some cases, CyVectors may contact your local authorities via email before proceeding if a crime is involved. If you have a suspicion that your computer and/or surrounding home or office network has been compromised, you should assume all email, text, browser activity, etc. are being monitored. Do not contact CyVectors using any of these methods. It is possible that your desktop screen, camera, and microphone are also being monitored. The best way to initially contact CyVectors is using the SSL-encrypted form or chat box at cyvectors.com. If possible, use a computer you haven't used before, and an email address that you freshly created for this purpose, and provide that email address in the form. If you are the victim of an advanced persistent computer breach, you will want to contact CyVectors using a PC and email that is not part of your current digital life. Unless specified otherwise by the customer, network breaches discovered by CyVectors will result in the attacker's information being reported to the US Federal Bureau of Investigations via InfraGard (infragard.org).
