Culture Rising was built from the ashes of the 2020/21 global pandemic. This moment in time has and will continue to be pivotal in reshaping the future of work. Reshaping is used intentionally - many of the trends are not new, they existed prior to the pandemic, remind us of a time when employees were treated as more than a line on a cashflow statement, when companies served a purpose beyond simply profit. Many executives in the largest for-profit companies willfully have lost sight of the motivations of their employees and are surprised to find themselves on the wrong side of the great resignation. We are here to relight the way
