Cultural Detective® is a Series of intercultural effectiveness development tools. It is the most cost-effective and robust approach to developing intercultural competency across all levels of the organization available on the market today. We are not a training organization with trainers on staff. Our aim is to develop independent competence in our clients. We teach you, through a comprehensive certification course, how to use and how to teach the Cultural Detective® Method throughout your organization. Cultural Detective® was developed by bringing over 150 talented independent intercultural experts together in a way that enables them to contribute their specific content expertise in a method that is applicable and meaningful to all, and that uses a common design, mental model and vocabulary for intercultural skill development. The Series currently consists of over 65 intercultural effectiveness packages, and many more continue to be developed. The Series is available as an integrated system via online subscription to individuals, teams or organizations.
