Overview
We started our activities in 2003 becoming the first specialized school in Culinary Arts of the Norwest of Mexico, with an educational system focused in the formation of professionals whose skills and abilities are developed through a “hands-on” method. With the objective of achieving graduates with a broad vision of the worldwide culinary arts, we chose a strategic point for establishing our school: Tijuana, a multicultural city that has gained international recognition for the quality of its food and beverages, very near to the city of Ensenada, the largest viticultural area of Mexico, and also very close to California, the most economically active state of the United States. At present we offer the Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Strategic Management, with practices around the world; the first Master’s Degree in Mexican Cuisine with a partly on-site at our school and at home through our web site structure; Certifications in Confectionery, Basic Kitchen, Oriental Kitchen, Healthy Kitchen and in Sommelier and Vitiviniculture. Also, the Certifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), the French Wine Scholar; and finally, basic courses in cuisine for amateurs.
