CSweetener matches women in mid-senior level roles in healthcare with luminaries that guide their careers during a year-long virtual mentorship. We partner with healthcare organizations to help them prepare employees or recruits for leadership, achieve gender parity and drive business results through diversity. CSweetener also offers individual scholarships funded through corporate partnerships, donations and support from HLTH LLC.
