Our proprietary website is designed to be a useful and reliable tool that Career Services Offices can use to help their students with their job searches by identifying law firms by location, practice areas, firm size and office size. The result is a customized and targeted list of prospective employer information for your students that can be downloaded and used to create customizable cover letters addressed to the appropriate hiring contact at their selected firms. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of law firm information is crucial for law school students. While there are online resources available to research AM Law 250 firms, organized data is scarce and often inaccurate for smaller firms. Moreover, the fast pace of law firm mergers and acquisitions makes it nearly impossible to ensure that data remains up-to-date. CSO Data solves this problem by using a call center team to personally verify its data as well as proprietary systems to track and update law firm M&A activity. Finding accurate employer information for your students is further complicated by students who desire to work in cities far away from their alma mater. In most instances, Career Services Offices do not have information about out-of-state law firms that fall outside of the AM Law 250.
