This allows us to maximise the potential of development projects and to add value through the planning, design and development process. The core business was centred on land acquisition and building for future developments for both affordable and private housing, mixed-use projects and residential developments. Geographically, our focus is on London and South East and we actively look for exciting new development and investment opportunities including consented sites for mixed-use and residential, pubs, land with or without consent, dilapidated property and tenanted or vacant commercial and industrial property.
