Crew Room Academy is a training and mentorship initiative for students from socio-economic backgrounds that haven't traditionally pursued careers in television. We believe that widening the recruitment pool starts in the classroom, and our programme of free online courses and mentorship schemes create opportunities for underrepresented demographics. Our goal is to unearth tomorrow's rising industry stars and increase diversity for behind the scenes talent.
