Fondacioni Credins është themeluar si një organizatë jo-fitimprurëse që nuk ka për qëllim fitimin dhe çdo përfitim që mund të ketë Fondacioni do të përdoret për përmbushjen e qëllimit të përcaktuar në statutin e tij.
