CREC (Chowgule Real Estate and Construction) has expanded from creating beautiful residential and commercial spaces over the past 50 years to the building and management of warehouses, business centers and industrial parks for the local and global community. In our endeavour, we have completed some of the landmark buildings as well as government and naval tenders, factories and institutional projects in the state.
