Creative Magnate Institute began in 1988 under the name Arts Magnate. There were three business channels: performing arts school, a pre-school, elementary and high school, and a human resource development training company. Today, Creative Magnate Institute is a Consultancy and Training organization that provides solutions to increase productivity and bring up the Joy Quotient in the Workplace. We assess, diagnose, build and deliver training solutions. We also provide recommendations for systems improvement by aligning systems and processes to achieve the organization’s vision, mission and goals. We focus on Organizational Development and Human Resource Development Trainings through public seminars and tailor-suited programs. Creative Magnate also delivers keynote speeches and coaching for speech competitions. In the summer, we provide workshops for children and teens to develop confidence through Theatre, Public Speaking, and Leadership programs.
